2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 Review, Specs & Photos

Updated on October 27, 2014

2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Appearance

The 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 comes in many different trims with the WT being the basic model and the High Country being the best trim available. The High Country is the same as the LTZ trim but it also has an exclusive saddle premium leather interior. The WT trim starts at a price of $26,105 and the High Country starting a price of $47,875. I know that is a huge difference in price. Which model you get all depends on your financial situation and your preferences.

The High Country option has some upgrades to the exterior appearance like chrome bumpers, grill & side mirrors. Oh yea & also some beautiful 20" chrome wheels! The style of the Silverado is basically the same as the previous year. It's got a boxy tough look without any fancy curves. It looks like a truck and it should since it is indeed a truck. Some trucks like to add some fancy looking design and it works for some trucks like the 2015 Dodge Ram 1500.

The 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 also has 2 different regular cabs, 2 different crew cabs and a double cab to choose from. So if you need a longer bed then you can have it or if you want more room for passengers, you can have that too. Now let's get into the specs of the truck. 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 Conclusion

Overall the 2015 Chevy Silverado is a good truck. There are a lot of different options and packages to fit every truck person. If you need to be able to tow a lot you can get the ECOTECT3 6.2L engine to be able to tow up to 12,000 pounds which is the best in its class. If you want an Off-Road vehicle then you can get the Z71 package. There are many packages to suit almost any truck driver so if you are looking for a new truck then I would suggest looking at the Silverado 1500. The 2015 is even better than the previous 2014 model. Other trucks to check out are the Dodge Ram 1500 and the Ford F-150. If you want to see the 2014 Ram 1500 Vs. the 2014 Silverado 1500 then check it out here.
